I wanna know for those who played or play Diablo 3 if this is the same issue that player experience when the game launch. and how long it took for them to put it back on track.

D3 Launch was worse and it took 2 days to fix.
D3 was a crap game. ARR has crap servers.
No worse really...plus this really isn't the launch, that happens Tuesday. SE seems to be pretty on the ball considering it is the weekend too, so a good chunk of staffing probably not available. For all the whining when they take the Servers down, they are actively trying to hammer out the glitch's.
Wouldn't Be surprised if they simply didn't have the full run of hardware leased/turned on cause they didn't think the preorders would stress it so much.
My only Note of Concern is the Filling of servers before the full population of players hits. They really need to split some servers up or beef up the clusters.
Depends if ACN will be the only playable class to blow all content.
(Yes I avoided the 'server launch' topic)
It took them over 3 weeks to fully fix the AH on Diablo III. At one point it was down for several days. To be fair though, one auction house for millions of players was a pretty ambitious project.
Every journey is a series of choices. The first is to begin the journey.
