    Apparently, a few other NA/EU players did this. It hasn't been going well...in fact it's fairly embarrassing and just wrong. I hope they're all banned.

    That's on a completely other level than what I am proposing. I don't mean to harass them just since SE has made it clear that the JP servers take priority we should reroll on a specified JP server to build a community of EU/NA players on an actual working server, as opposed to being told the servers are full please try again later for hours every day.
