    I honestly think that is what SE wants us to do. They asked us to spread out more and every time they preform maintenance everything is exactly the same or things get worse. I almost feel like its for show. They are just testing our patience until we have had enough and finally decide to go to a JP server.

    May be if we make a mass exodus to JP servers and crash them a few times they will fix this.
