Hello everyone,

Because the customer support is down right now, my plans on grabbing hold of SE for this unique issue is now on hold - the only place I can actually turn to is the Technical Support forums in hoping someone can help me!

To put it bluntly:
I actually met my husband on Final Fantasy XIV! I lived in Scandinavia for a while, so obviously my account is born EU. But after I moved over here and we are trying to set it up so I can play on the PS3. It doesn't want to bite and says I need to change the region. My own collectors edition is PS3.... So because I can't log in on the PS3 version, I assume I can't claim anything virtual in the game that I actually got with the collectors edition. So it means nothing? I spent a lot of money on the collectors edition, we bought two copies and another copy of the PS3 game so my husband can play - that equals to a lot of money.

My PSN is US too. I just want to find out if anybody else has come across this issue and if there is a way to go about it. Keep in mind that I have used the pre-order code on my PS3 already... So I have to make the game work on my PSN or otherwise it meas forking out even more money.

Please help. I am totally worried and I have no idea how to resolve this issue. The only thing I can think of is to change my account region but I don't even think SE can do that!
