If it was F2P or didn't list early access as a perk I paid extra for, I wouldn't have the same expectations. Would you have the same attitude if you purchased a car you really wanted and it had an engine problem or electrical issue out of the factory? No, you'd be upset, because you paid for a product with an expectation of it working. Same with an incorrectly prepared meal at a restaurant or any other service you pay for. If I'm paying for a certain perk, I expect to be able to use the perk/item. Period.
