Why are there just numerous spamming of 2 - 3 errors and saying "Oh hey I cant play bla bla bla bla." Well Why not just sit tight maybe play something else or go to bed? Other possibilities out there, your getting so angry at the game YOU want to play.. Honestly I feel pretty good just being able to play when I can. Even though everyone is clearly complaining about our early access being ruined but SE didn't have to give us any early access at all really. Could just say hey wait f u guys. SE is currently hard at work trying to fix everyones problems.. jeez.

Exactly sheesh! My legacy character is on a JP server anyway lol..

Some just can't "hey moved to JP server" because friends are playing on certain servers. And, to me, that's the only reason why I play MMORPG. <Insert "hey you can simply make friends on other new servers" argument here.>

Still the same question that everyone asks is "what if you were running SE?" Wouldn't you be pulling your hair out if something you worked extremely hard on is having problems. So you rush a patch to fix it.. well that rush patch had another error a few lines of fucked up code.. well boom that line of code causes other lines of code to cause MAJOR problems. Honestly people need to take a chill pill and go watch elmo's street.

Many people had plans to actually level with other people on the same server. Why would one bother to do through all the quests, etc. for no reason?

Not saying go join a JP server and stay there.. If you enjoy playing the game SOOOO much then go just play temporarily. Who said stay there?

I have a leveling partner too but im not complaining it just happens really. What does going on another server and playing until you can log over to your main server have to do with not leveling with your buddies?

It's pretty simple to me. Don't promote "early-access" if your not ready for it. Remember this is the games 2nd chance, and these were the exact same issues that got an entire team fired, and lost a large chunk of credibility with customers. I am not able to just switch to a new server since I have a character from 1.0 and have already been placed in a server. I agree that some people are going a little too overboard, but I feel everyone's frustration is justified with the fact that this is the 2nd launch of the game. These issues just should not be happening, and to argue that its part of the game is a hollow cop-out answer.

So, the only moderately useful thing I can interpret from your post is asking this: "Why are people posting about problems they are encountering instead of doing something else?"

1. Because posting the problems helps SE know about the problem, how large it is, and what caused it.
2. Certain errors don't just 'go away' on their own; specifically, Error 3102 (your character is still logged in) is game-breaking to the point that someone SE-side has to take action, or servers have to be reset, for you to try to login and get hit with Error 1017 (World is currently full.) Customer Service isn't open on the weekends, so the only way to let them know is posting on the forums (still a long-shot, but at least it's a possibility).
3. Forum posters are those that have the deepest connection to a game. If there are 5,000 people posting problems on the forums, SE can estimate that there's 50,000 people that are having the SAME problems, but aren't posting. If there are 500 people threatening to unsub, there are 5,000 people who will just quietly walk away.
4. Those taking the time telling people they're entitled whiners for demanding that a product they paid for match up to the description they are given are the worst. We SHOULD be angry with SE. This isn't their first MMO launch. There have been dozens of MMO launches over the last 15 years, and lessons SHOULD have been learned. If they weren't, they DESERVE the scorn. People are definitely taking the rage level a little too high; but the defenders of SE because they are used to crappy service are equally bad.

The situation sucks. People should just admit that it sucks, but also acknowledge that SE is working on fixing it. If everyone hated the game, no one would be mad at being unable to play it; the frustration is not a bad thing--it's perfectly understandable. At least, it's understandable as long as you're capable of looking at situations objectively.
