Getting a refund.

I was able to get a refund on Simcity ($70) for that being unplayable. Didn't have to sign anything or go to the bank. All the needed was verbal confirmation, and the money was back in my account. Added bonus, account stayed active and I can still play it (but never do, because it sucks) so F!@# EA and F!@# Maxis. Obviously on a Sub game like XIV, you wouln't be able to continue to pay, but your bank might be able to give you your money back. No harm in talking to them first.

Am i the only one that laughed when that message appeared asking us to agree to terms involving refunds? That should have been the warning sign right there. I think they knew full well what was going to happen and were trying to build a fort. lol Sorry SE after COD BO most gamers have RPG's to work with. lol Once reviewers find out... WHAAM nuke your castle to dust. : )
