    Getting a refund.

    How does one go about doing it because this game isn't playable? I doubt it will be in the next month and I feel that the product I purchased was not only broken but was falsely advertised.

    I assume you'd have to put in a ticket of some kind on where ever you bought the game.

    Because of the way this games is sent out no service other then Square has the ability to refund purchase price. I could stop payment on my card, but that only hurts the middle man not the people at fault.

    Honestly Abatement, SE is trying to fix the problems... Its just they game has small windows off maintenance. Honestly SE will probably say no and how could you stop the payment? It was already sent to them. All I hear are complaints, im getting the 1017 error but idc.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saC13RJ8CUs <--- really. there are more games to play out there. Just take a break and go play a shooter or something. These pointless threads are well pointless. Maybe SE is reluctant to post anything that may not be 100% true? Maybe they are just trying to focus on whats more important... maybe fixing the game/login issues.

    This right here sounds good but I can still stop payment on my card for false advertisement.

    He could get a refund straight from them, he's only preordered the game. Again, it hasn't been released. If he was feeling extra mean, he could charge back, and there's nothing SE could do about it.
