    Yup, I just came in here to tell him the same thing, but you beat me to it.

    They had updates in game via the Help Desk this morning.

    The launcher has been updated 3 or 4 times.

    The Loadstone has been updated just as many....

    How is that now updating us on anything?

    Because people like the threadstarter are the kind of person who thinks that if something doesn't go exactly to plan, down to the last minute detail, then they deserve a personal apology from the head guy. They haven't received a personal apology from the head guy, so therefor they're not communicating!
