    Anyone feel FATEs level sync too high?

    I've come into plenty FATEs where it feels one player are absolutely crushing it even while level sync. They do so much damage and take so little. It kills the fun for me when I'm on a low level class and I feel like killing the fun while on a high level class. Thoughts?

    Yes.

    They seem to have changed the threshold since beta 3/4, I swear it used to be only 1 level above the fate, now it's 5 at times. Plus they don't scale difficulty too well anymore, a "fate party" can destroy a mob fate in less than 60 seconds at times. It's amusing, but makes it hard if you're a conj or something, by the time you target something you can hit it once then it's dead by the AoE massacre.

    Not to mention unless you're aoe spamming most of the fates are kind of a crap shoot. I wish they were spread out more with more monsters out at once.

    i dissagree... when servers settle in and less ppl around not gonna be as easy might be a mob of 20+ ppl on a fate now.. yet when subscriptions come up and ps3 ppl run because of no voice chat and bugs wtvr reasons ect ect and servers die down a bit .. well that sync function gonna be nice.. my only problem so far with fates is that theres a bug with the seals from fates.. i did a ton in my head i knew i got 4-5,000 seals.. went into town it said 1700... did it again today knew i got around 4-5k turned out to be 2.. even if i go into my achievments it says i have earned 9,062/10,000 seals yet i have only had just over 4,000 to spend.. dunno

    After playing awhile (as a legacy character, so this happens often), I find that at least for FATEs below level 25, I do feel too power ~5 levels above the cap. They really need to drop it a few levels or have another means of scaling a character's power.

    Aside from that there are not enough multiple enemy FATEs that encourage doing anything but AoEs and not enough single target FATEs which don't boil down to people standing around an enemy that is only a threat to one of them. I feel like they could fix this with by improving enemy actions and have mechanics which encourage smarter player.
