I am not arguing the fact that a "24 Hour" timed spawned NM wouldn't make gear rare, I'm arguing that their is no really compelling argument to make gear that rare anymore.

There is an argument: Some hardcore players want some and they also pay for the game. They are part of the community and they need more than casuals to be kept entertained. And I also like to have some of those uber rare gear exist because it is something even casual can look forward to.

I would like to see the discussion evolve to how we can make everyone happy? Not one winnning side and one losing side!
