In before " thins are only hard for X amount of time! Hell yea thats what MMOs are about, when the yesterdays hard become easy/standard, You release new and stronger enemies.Is how MMOS evolve.

Asking for ground HNMs mechanics for monster appearance is giving the devs more reasons to be lazy and not make engaging hard battles.They can make it hard based on repop time.hell no, i want monsters to be hard and unique.
What I'm saying is that 24hr NMs add an extra layer of difficulty because eventually the "hard" mob wont be hard...the strat wont be difficulty and anyone with half a brain can kill it.

So......if you don't restrict it by a time limit or once a day spawn...everyone will have it like Silver Tricorne in 1month. Also needs to be a low drop rate.
