I don't mind when people get gear over me, I am happy for them. What I don't want is it to be easy, that is all I am saying. Easy nms = easy gear to get = everyone has it = boring game. DO you get it? wait.. NO ONE CAN.

24 hour pop timers didn't make it harder and honestly making an item be required makes it not rare. As a game ages soon everyone will have all the "uberzleetzg3arz" so really its pointless to even say that. It wasn't that long till almost every other person you met either had black belt, ridill, joy toy, kirin osode, ohat, okote, destrorys. etc.

Destroyer's? O Kotes? All those items are jokes. Not every person had a ridill or an E body. Very VERY few people has D ring.

This stuff stayed rare for what? Since RoTZ to went? E body came from Odin but it will still hard to get. They were all good until the level cap went up which took 8 years. That is what made FFXI worth playing. It didn't need to keep spoon feeding people content.

No matter what you did in XI there was always going to be someone on some server with a better set up.

Unless you are the best. And did you truly camp HNMs in FFXI? You keep claiming that botting was never an issue because of the claim delays.... Even after it was implemented, botting was still an issue... You lost all your credibility with your opinion of claim botting isn't/wasn't an issue in FFXI.

umm almost everyone 1 i knew or partied with had ridill. that was a good 300 ppl. e body i saw often and d ring also. Only stuff I rarely seen was the dynamis weapons, mythic weapons and never saw a emyprian or w.e weapon. Remember i did say I play ffxi for 12-20 hours I see alot of ppl during that time. spawn times made stuff no harder. The actuall fight does. Skill isn't on how long you play it is how good you play. I bet your not even a gamer let alone an mmo gamer.
