Because JP players from the previous poll blatantly have shown that they dedicate their time more if not LESS due to their timely schedule and wish to solo on their own time as a way to relieve their stress from work.

Let's say a mob pops in 3 different zones. So you're all spread out, it pops in 1 of the zones and kills half your party, the rest of you get there, but half to pull some shit out to even survive. The rest of the people come and watch you fight lagging you to death because they want you to die, your weakened comrades come back and start fighting.

So meta gaming on where the rare monster is going to spawn is the difficult part of the FIGHT? Come on buddy.

This is the shit you will not experience with forced pop NMs, or instances..
