Seems people have forgotten about this:

Skill, experience, and loot going to only the first party to deal damage to an enemy: 47.5%
Skill, experience, and loot going to all parties taking part in an enemy's defeat: 52.5%
I'm okay with 20+ hour respawns as long as the rewards are based on contribution rather than whoever has the fastest claimbot.
