    People will camp it, LS will have people in all zones looking for it.. You need to make it hard+rare spawn / restriction to amount of times you can do it (Odin is a great example).

    And then when bots are able to detect them like DI/Sandworm, it's going to be a sh*tfest.

    Yup, and LSs will camp them, with mules, or with bots...Only way to avoid competition is to make everything instanced. Simple.
