Why not instead focus on making the mob pop (you can keep a longer cooldown to repop) with the encounter itself being more difficult than getting the claim? No one is saying not to make them hard....but eventually they WONT be hard once you kill it 5 times over...Hence why you need some type of restricting second layer...IE: 24hr spawns, random pops in different maps, etc...

No one is arguing on the difficulty, you just need to make sure that you add something else other than that. Dodore was hard, for a week...lol.
