need rare items

one thing i have noticed about ffxiv is that all the items seem to be so easy to get ahold of, i feel that we need items that cant be crafted, rare items that you get from beating area bosses, or in dungeons, or atleast through missions and leves. because at the moment its like " i need a powerful high level weapon, i know, lets go to the market" or they can just pick up the parts from the market wards and make 10 of them.
