As long as your service accounts have the same handle, you will get them on all accounts. They did a big Q&A a while back about the subject.Another thing that has me worried is, since I downloaded the digital CE from PSN and tied the pre-order goodies and EA to my second service account first , does that mean that my CE items will be tied to my second service account? Or will they give us the option to select in which service account we want it at launch. All it mentioned were pre-order items but still, I'm gonna be sooo pissed if I have to start again in the 2nd SA because of those CE items -.-

This does seem like a good solution for most people but I'm afraid to try it since it says they can only do this one time. My problem is that when I canceled my first preorder of FFXIV, I ended up some how creating another service account with my new up-to-date preorder. Thing is though, I can still log into characters from my first preorder unlike other people but maybe that will change since I did all of this today (August 25, 2013). My problem is quite similar to all of you. Since the mess of PSN pre-orders (CE in my case) I had a pre-order code from amazon (which I cancelled) anyways I didn't want to miss Early Access, so I used while still in wait for SONY/SE to fix my PSN pre-order. And it worked, one day later I got my message through the PSN so I downloaded the game again (CE) and when I logged in, I didn't see any options to pick my only service account, so I just went through the "next" button, to later find out that now I had two service accounts, "Service Account 1" with my main and only character and "Service Account 2" with no characters at all. Both service accounts seems to be working well. But all I want is my "Service account 1" working with the CE bonus plus my main and only character "Juvian Black" on Goblin. I did used that link to fill for a request on fixing this. I just hope they reply soon with a fix. But this mess could have been avoid if SONY/ES did they job right in the first place.

Ok confuse by the same handle. Do you mean as long as they fall under the sa.e square acount? Or do I have create a charcter in my second services account with same name as my charcter from first service account?
I'm not sure i even have a service account for ARR. I have what looks to be one for "Final Fantasy XIV" but nothing that says ARR or Beta on it.
EDIT: Well now my service account for "Final Fantasy XIV " has a graphic for ARR next to it, and i see "Mog Station" listed on one of the pages, but clicking anything gives me error or maintenance notifications. :\ I can't wait til my boxed CE arrives and i am just playing after launch so i can stop worrying about whether i CAN even play, and with the character i've been using.

I just made a third ticket and i'm really losing all hope for SE, especially when you're from EU region like me, our only support is through the site, and they clearly don't really give a shit.
I'm in the same situation with a second service account with EA and my chars on the first...
First of all when creating a ticket they demand a 20 character code, pretty hard when ps3 users only have 12 character codes...
It took them 16 hours to confirm they recieved my first ticket, but do you think they would handle or rectify anything? Nope...
SE hates customers and wants nothing to do with them is all I can conclude from their stance and behavior.
So I have had my account sense the ffxiv first came out with the CE, Pre ordered the game under the same account for Pc and PS3 and now it wont let me log in to load stone or the game b/c I have to reg something at some dumb Mog Site which isnt up.
I go to Square enix account management (u know where u used to buy all ur Crysta. ) and its saying I have a ffxiv account registered. Yet in loadstone nothing is registered lol I have a lvled up char and what not. So do none of these sites that are all for the same damn game, none of them communicate or share info with each other.. im lost..??
