Service Accounts

I have only one service account with the pre-order code correctly registered on it but my character is not displayed on that page.
The account is the same (same user id and password) and I can play with my character.
That's weird.

Update: Problem solved, now the character name is displayed.

Same for me. My main character from beta and early access doesn't show in the service account or when trying to register the game.
But, a newbie character made on a japanese server made during maintainance of the NA/EU servers shows up instead. This isn't the character I want to have as main character, but the previous one I've used as main character. Besides, the new character is in the wrong world/region.
I just hope I'll still be able to use my main character after I register.

Update:
I waited a couple of hours before doing the register procedure, and now everything is in order.
Both characters are registered at my account now.
