I guess your second service account is the only account registered for early access and not your first one. That's why you can't use it now unless you get another EA code.
Yeah, I read in another thread that was the easiest way to fix the problem. I ended up using not one, not two, not three...but FOUR codes on my account and nothing changed. Only shot I have now is to wait until tomorrow at midnight. I ordered a physical copy, so that should do it. Also, I only have the one SE account so..I am not sure how it happened. Picked the right region, platform, existing SE account, etc. It just doesn't add up.
