Quoting myself from a thread about this in General Discussion .

I'm all for 10 minutes anymore than that is just to long. If you have not done anything for 10 minutes then you should really have to give up that spot for someone who will actually be using that time to play. It should also be checking for actual game activity too so all those people who would just hold down a run key in town get kicked too.

If people knew it would only be a few minutes before they could log on, they wouldn't idle on the servers when they aren't playing.

I say 30 minutes for the fact I have little kids, I don't think that if I have to change a diaper and clothes or whatever I should get disconnected. There are many things I might have to do that may take more than 10 minutes.

Heck, 20 to 40 minutes would be a huge improvement over what's happening now.

What aggravated me the most is the fact that I was trying to do things and be active I get booted while others just sit and waste space but never get booted

I understand that life happens but 30 minutes is way to long imo. That half an hour that people will be wasting doing nothing(in game) is a half an hour others could be been using for progressing their character.
