Devs, did you impliment an inactive disconnect timer?

There were times in the betas when I left the game inactive for a while, and I never saw an inactivity message or logoff. I haven't seen one in early access, because frankly, I haven't been able to play long enough. If you didn't include one, let me explain what is happening now:

Everyone who participated in phase 4 and or early access has experienced long login delays, several hours or even full days. Everyone knows that if they log off, they may not be able to get back on for a very long time. Now most people have real lives. School, work, family time etc, and may only have a couple hours at a time to play. If you have to spend those two hours attempting to log on... no game time. So guess what happens...?

When people manage to log on, they DO NOT LOG OFF. No mater what they have to do, shower, dinner, work school, sleep... they leave the game idling. They do this so they can play when they want to. What you have happening is the servers reach the max and people just stay there even if they are not playing, and a certain percentage of people will never get to play for hours or days. and these are people who bought your game.

So again, did you or did you not implement an inactive timer? because if you didn't, then you, Square Enix, are the ones who caused this problem.
