    I nominate Square-Enix for worst customer service ever.

    Yes, I know this is the technical support forum, and maybe this will raise some heads in SE. So here's my technical issue, game's still broken. 1017.

    Onto my real concern.

    As everyone's well aware, the server's been having problems since early release went live. Errors 90000 The fact that the servers are having issues isn't the problem, it's the fact that SE refuses to communicate with the customers. They have given us no updates for hours and some people are able to play, while others sit for hours in the dark without rhyme or reason as to why they aren't able to be put into a queue to play.

    Even putting this weekend aside, Friday I contacted SE customer support to try to recover my Final Fantasy XI account information. After 3 hours of sitting through a queue in online chat support, I finally get a guy that asks for additional information. I provide him everything that I know and rather than even try to help, he says he can't find the account and to try back later and ended the chat. 3 hours in queue and I was shrugged off as if I didn't matter.

    This is exactly what's happening now. We're being treated as if we don't exist. These forum posts are here but nobody's responded to them or even posted updates on the main site.

    I am highly disappointed with Square-Enix and I've been buying their games since the original Final Fantasy for the NES.
