I either can't log in because too many people are online at once, or the NA/EU server list can't be loaded, or the world/character selection lobby won't work...

This is all following the whole incorrect region code I was issued (EU instead of NA) where I had to beg gamestop for a replacement code. These issues seem to be rampant. Why were these not addressed during the beta? Wasn't there enough "stress testing" to notice that something might be amiss? I really hope that these issues are resolved before you expect people to pay a subscription for this service. It is good enough to pay for right now. I have played for MAYBE an hour over this whole early access period. Which isn't enough to convince me I shouldn't get a refund on the money I put down on the game (full payment)... let alone pay you every month to keep playing.

SE... I don't understand how these things could happen. I know that you guys are trying to rush out the product on the release date... but if the game/servers aren't ready yet... then you are releasing a sub par product. There needs to be more accountability. Not just "we are doing our best." Clearly, your "best", is not good enough.
