1. By posting in the technical support forums you will in fact cause most of the Devs to stop reading these forums due to high volume of posts that don't in fact belong here in the technical support thread. They do probably Copy and Paste responses because they are not going to read 1000+ posts about someone crying over the game not working, when I'm pretty sure they know it's not working 100%.
2. User Agreement Policy.

Access may also be temporarily suspended in whole or in part, without notice, due to emergency repairs, fire, flood, explosion, war, strike, embargo, governmental action or failure to act, the act of any civil or military authority, act of God, or by any other causes beyond SQUARE ENIX’s control, or any other reasons for which SQUARE ENIX, in its sole discretion, deems that temporary suspension is necessary. You acknowledge that disruptions of service may occur and waive any causes of action against SQUARE ENIX in any way arising from or related to any such disruptions of service."
B*tching about it on here isn't solving anything. In fact you are overloading the servers and creating more problems in itself. You got the game 6 days in advance because you pre-ordered it. Nowhere in there does it say "We promise it works totally fine and you'll get 100% uptime with 0 issues during this process". It's early access. You got it for free just cuz you bought the game early. Deal with it.
