Assuming Yoshi wasn't yanking our chain, looks like company info will be released tomorrow coinciding with the maintenance. Seems like they're trying to create a fully fledged page for it I'd think.

Either tomorrow or when the maintanence starts. Thats usually when all the juicy info is usually released.

I like the look of the patch! New equipment and new NMs? Awesome. And a certain poster around here assured us all it would be nothing but the event. :P

I feel like the only one disappointed about the party size reduction. They'll be almost half the size. Behests were fun with tons of people; now it'll feel slower and more monotonous without lots of different people around, adding their personality to everything.

I admit I don't like to party, but those behests were rather enjoyable. Once it slims down, I'll probably not enjoy them as much.

I really should stop playing until all the changes have gone through so I don't get so attached to some things and feel distraught at the changes, but gah, I can't.

It's alright if they add Raid!

Patch sounds good to me but... I really have to... complain... about... 'Anti-european' maintenance time (right in the prime of the evening as was already in FFXI)

I could see companies being in this patch. The reason it wasn't mentioned here could be that it's such a big addition that it deserves its own posting.

On the other hand, I don't think we'll see companies until we see the high-level dungeon. My understanding is that companies will be for end-game content, and right now the closest thing we have to that is world NMs.

Do you guys think new gear = new crafting recipes for average gear or could it be these AF-like gear they said they would release as soon as they are ready?

I think they may start adding the QUESTS for companies in this patch, but the actual full release will probably be slated for later.
