Why no server queues?

Seriously, why the heck did they remove those? It's impossible to get onto an EU server even though it's 2:30 AM here, so either Americans flooded Ragnarok, the population limits are tiny or there are tons of people AFK. In any case queues would spare people the headache of uselessly spamming the login server.

I get into queues every time I log into my server. Usually only takes like a minute waiting to get in. No idea why your not getting them. Unless your talking about servers being locked down for new characters?

I get into queues every time I log into my server.

I'm on Balmung and haven't seen a server queue since.. well, yesterday. It just goes to auto-error about the world being full and to 'try again later'

How are you able to do this on Balmung??? I'm being blocked like crazy. Are they sifting people via IP address?

I was in a queue 10 minutes ago on Exodus of 42. And after one minute of being in a queue for just 42 I got the 1017 error. Unreal.

I agree, having the same issue getting back on Leviathan. Even with a severe world capacity restriction, wouldn't having a working queue in place be a good thing?

Really getting annoying. I'm on Balmung and haven't been able to login all day due to 1017. I figure I'll be patient and try again later tonight, thinking maybe its some kind of timezone rotation they are going and figuring it might be a better chance once EU go to bed early for work tomorrow. Spend half an hour spam fighting with 1017 still!!

Then a breakthrough! I get a queue with 85 people ahead of me. I think, ok, better than 1017. I wait for the update to see how long it might be. It updates and the number doesn't changed. It updates again and then it kicks me back to 1017!!!

Yep I got that, too. Except there was only 38 people in queue with me...and then BAM! 1017'd. Awesome.
