1017 errors, no login queues (really? I mean, really?!), disconnects while zoning... Come on, SE. Enough is enough. You need to be much more transparent with your customer base. No more of this "We're sorry, we're working on it... " crap. Talk to us! Tell us: Exactly what is wrong? What are you doing to fix it? Exactly when will it be up?

How about resetting all the servers, right now, to kick all the people who are just sitting there idling, and give everyone else a chance to play?

And what are you going to do to make this right with your paying customers? We paid for early access, you failed, utterly failed, to deliver. So, are you going to just shrug it off and apologize again, or are you going to own up to the complete embarrassment this weekend has been, and do something for your would-be Early Access customers to offset the frustration? A free unique mount? A month of free service? Or are you just going to blow it off, say "These things happen," and go back to saying (and apparently doing) nothing about it?

Most people have been unable to play but for a few hours, and some have been unable to play at all, the entire weekend. That is simply unacceptable. That you royally dropped the ball is not in question. What you will do about it is.
