Log-in Mini Boss - Strategy Guide

Since the implementation of the log-in minigame (See error 1017 World Full), I've noticed a few things, here's my experience:

Log into the game through the launcher (Everything seems fine):


The launcher opens into the game menu, press start:


Character list populates after a short delay:


This appears for fraction of a second to several seconds making you think you're going to be able to log into the game:


But no, then you see this:


Press start AGAIN:

This appears for fraction of a second to several seconds AGAIN making you think you're going to be able to log into the game AGAIN:


But no, then you see this AGAIN:

Just when you feel all hope is lost after hours of performing these steps, you see this:


Then, two things can happen. You have either defeated the mini boss and get to play the game, or you receive the error below and start the process over AGAIN:


This is unacceptable. If the NA/EU Servers are still in this state on launch day, this game will fail. I don't want to see that happen. I like this game, but if steps are not taken to resolve the underlying issue I'm afraid many players will simply give up and I'll be one of them.

i cant find a "Start" button anywhere on my keyboard or the UI in game

I believe I figured out a way to determine whether or not your Server is available for Queuing- When you goto Select a World with a newly created Character, you can see that only certain Servers are available to create/log in to, while others are not. Those servers that you can create to are the ones that currently have a Queue Available, and the servers that are open Cycle every minute or two.
