I think most of us agree it's good of us to give other humans the benefit of the doubt, patience, and understanding. We've all been in situations where we've greatly benefited from other people displaying these qualities, and yet as soon as the humans we're dealing with are part of a company--we stop? This doesn't make sense to me. Square Enix is just a group of other human beings and sure they make mistakes, everyone does, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop treating them like humans--which means giving them my patience.
