    This isn't an angry rant it's just a suggestion,,,

    It was nice of you to open like that.

    This is a rant; FIX IT SE!!!!! Many of us from the Beta complained and you just plain didn't listen.

    I don't want any compensation, I want accountability head to those responsible for this mess.

    Heads must roll SE!! Lets not forget something, you work for US, the customer. Your customer base is far beyond imperial Japan; start FIRING people, and replace them with others who know what the heck they are doing, NOW! I've seen zoo monkeys more organized then this....

    Well SE willl always be SE they just don't get it that the :" apologize for the inconvenience " doesn't cut it ! I would seriously drop the game if I could but I have an al 50 character and have invested way too much on the game and to be honest I really like it , it's just SE has the most terrible and unfriendly customer support EVER . So in order to counter that I am just not buying ANY game or item or whatever with the SE label on it for A LONG TIME or until this situation is rectified somehow . There are a lot of ways to indirectly show your anger towards a gaming company ! THAT SIMPLE! Cause SE just doeasn't get...and will never get it . Lol .

    How much is EA worth?
    A box with EA don't cost more than a box without EA. This would mean that a compensation would be 0 cent.

    How many players know that everyone with EA (except the 1.0 players) can wait to register the game until 29th august. If you register the game at the 29th august, you get 2 days more for free.

    EA didn't cost extra, so no compensation right now, if these problems go into launch though, i hope they do something. Also after servers stabilized some i hope they do give 1 free server transfer, make it last a month long promotion.

    I agree, what other MMO lets you get this far before the release date... With the classes i've been leveling, when Tuesday does come around, it would look like I put in a cheat code. lol

    You guys saying EA cost nothing are sorely mistaken if you believe this problem won't exist from the 29th onward.

    By the 29th, this thread will explode with paying customers who are unable to use the service they are paying for. I wouldn't be surprised to see the word 'sue' thrown randomly around.

    To me, it looks like SE are just waiting for the storm to blow over, for 10's of thousands of EU and NA players to move on from the game, then somehow claim they've fixed the problem. Maybe they have, since 25 servers for a tiny island in asia, then 25 for the rest of the world says alot about who they actually care for.

    If the problem still occurred after the 27th, I still see the easy solution offered by SE. Solution is simple, they could just extended the free playing period for like a week or so.

    (Why 29th? Is the live service postponed to 29th instead of 27th?)

    Hello all,

    For me, no compensation is needed, PLEASE, just a damn queue system so we can actually log.. eventually, or some sort of checking feature since doing logins as shots in the dark is just pointless, might as well say come back next month.
