So my question is, Is SE doing anything about this? I have seen/read nothing about them doing anything as of yet. I think it is ridiculous to have paid for a game that has such severe login issues. On 8/26 I was lucky enough to make a character on my friends realm, ULTROS, character creation has since been stopped. Doesn't make since because he can't login and neither can I. Also because of the character creation issue my brother cant make a character on the realm im on.......if new realms are made will free transfers be offered? Having played in B3 + B4 + early access via FF14:ARR collectors edition, im assuming that if this issue isn't fixed in a timely manner that your giving free play time....or maybe issuing refunds. That only seems right because as a paying customer, I am unable to use the product because of an issue on YOUR END (SquareEnix).
