Server congestion?...

So this old legacy player decided to give FFXIV another chance. Final Fantasy XIV: ARR CE and was offered with bonuses and a feature which was dubbed "Early Access". It seems the only "Early Access" most of us got was to download the game and stare at the title/character select screen earlier than the rest of the players. I get put in queue with 33 players and after 3 minutes I receive the "The world is full blah blah...try again later"...then get kicked out of queue...We are now on the eve of "Official Launch" and it feels like most of us don't have much of a head start to those who did not opt for the CE. Thousands of games have had launch dates and early access...why not use history as a benchmark in an attempt to overcome launch fails..."Houston...we have a problem!" Implement a rolling restart or server reboot, get the players who are AFK for hours at a time or the ones who are running in place at various corners logged out...Auto log players who have not inputted any commands within an hour.

I totally agree ive been put in que's many times. (when i finally make it to a que.) Then get kicked sayin the sever is full is crap i wouldnt mind sitting in que instead of the repeatative button pushing to try and log in. I am having a hard time trying to justify playing this game if it takes them this log to fix a congestion problem. I also agree with the 15-20 min boots for afk people because that would be a quick fix to everyones problems.
