But even at a break neck pace, we are looking at anywhere from one to two weeks, unless they already had some on the way. And people bitching and crying is not going to make things go any quicker otherwise it would already have been fixed by now. So get comfortable, this will take some time.


What people should be doing instead, is asking for compensation when they eventually do get this fixed.
Because the brass tax is that we paid for a service, one in which SE is currently unable to provide, and we should not be expected to eat that cost, that is a complete violation of trust.
Once they are able to once again provide said service, it is encumbered upon them to do right by their customers that they have kept waiting. Giving us the full 30day of game time that we bought is the first step.
But it wouldn't hurt if they really wanted to win back our trust in them, as Yoshi-P declared that they did, then giving people a little extra something for the hassle wouldn't go amiss.
