SE DRAGGING THERE FEET. MAKING EXCUSES.

SE have had enough time the game came out in 2010, this is not there first rodeo, and believe me there dragging there feet. Never in my 23 years of gamming have I ever seen a issue like this, It was poorly planned, I understand the hiccups, but cant get into a server? Online sales suspended due to the fact they cant handle the capacity.
They made there Millions it would take at most 1 day to get a few new servers up and running. SE is a Billion dollar franchise there should not be this much of a delay before a fix.

Not to mention Idol players can sit all day!
Chinese Bot Spammers are in game spamming while real players cant even log in!! Its unbelievable. Where is the in game support to come remove these people?
