Questing at level 23?

Just hit level 23 and cant find out where to get my next quests from. Cant find anything in Limsa Lominsa.

I was doing stuff for my Grand Company at around that level.

The best way to make sure you never "run out" of quests is to make sure you're atleast 1, if not 2 levels above your current storyline quest. For whatever reason, when I'd go into a town (for example quarrymill) the storyline quest would be a certian level (24 or 25) and the side quests in that region would be 1-2 levels higher (26 iirc for the quarrymill quests).

IF you find yourself outpacing the storyline quests, its best to join a fate group and grind some levels that way, or levemets, guildhests, instances, or straight up mob grinding. I know its not what most of us are used to (mainly, there being more quests then we'd ever need ala WoW, Aion, Rift etc) but you can't just do the quests, you have to branch out and do other activities.
