3102 is back

I was zoning through Limsa and got Error 9000. Tried logging back in and got Error 3102. It has been 20 minutes since the issue started.

Been trying to get on all day. I finally did after some 3 hours. Then 20 min later, I get kicked out, "lost server connection". Trying to log back in for 40 minutes says i'm still logged in error: 3102.

Stuck with Error 3102 been this way for about an hour. Was leveling with friends and now I will fall behind. How can we contact customer support when they are not there on the weekends. This was around in phase 4 and was supposed to have been fixed by now.
