Square Enix is quickly loosing any credibility with me. This almost is as bad as the original ff14

No english communication.
No server stability.
Early access has been a joke. Cant connect, downtimes, etc. This is what beta testing is for and stress tests. I'm quickly running out of patience with them. Out of two days of 'early access' i have had less than two hours to play the game and they had TERRIBLE communications.

Honestly their community manager should get fired. Their technical support team should be fired after that.

i guess this their way of conducting business. when crap hits the fan, silence is their best friend. its like they dont give a damn about the NA/EU players at all. im upset as hell too, 2days of early access and all i got is 2-3hours of playtime before the maintenance notice popped out that says the server is going down for 3hours. 3freaking times in a row! and now this?

Not everyone has the issue either; was playing smoothly with two friends/ls members and got booted; have not been able to get back on for almost two hours yet they continue to play with no issue.
