Now being affected by error 10102

Cannot log in for multiple reasons, here is the most recent one.

Same thing at about 4:25 est. Group was in Aurum Vale when my connection dropped and I am now getting 3102 error again.

this is the latest error last time i logged in, got d/c'ed during a quest yesterday and also had error 90k or 1017 after trying to log in today

I am also being effected by this problem. I successfully get into a queue and when it is my time to log in, I get error 10102. I think that it may be partly to do with the fact I got error 90000 while in a dungeon. However, it means that I cannot log into the game at all.

Further to this, I am appearing as online in game. My character is apparently in North Shroud: the area I was in before I did the dungeon. This is even more puzzling.

Steps Taken: Restarted client x3 to no avail

Issue: 1017, 10102, NA/EU Servers won't load. Get placed in queue just to get kicked out for either 1017 or 10102.

Restarting the game does not work. Waiting an hour to try again does not work.

Steps:
1. Got DC'ed and the 9000 error earlier a little before the last maintenance, while zoning from the South Shroud to the East Shroud.
2. Waited a bit then tried to log back in and got 10102
3. Decided to leave it for a bit, and when I came back to try again the most recent emergency maintenance had just begun.
4. Tried logging in again afterwards and got "The world is currently full. Please try again later."
5. Followed those instructions and waited a few hours, came and tried again. This time I got into the login que, but when my turn popped in the que I got the 10102 error as it tried to load me in.

2. Talked to quest NPC to whom I must report after completion;
3. NPC told me that I still need to complete Copperhell;
4. System message in-game that Duty Finder server is unavailable;
5. After forced logout I got error 90000 and after that error 10102;
