This is what you get when you cheap out and go with a bargain basement Quebecois ISP. Maybe if you put the NA/EU datacenter in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON, where thanks to RIM they have more fiber channels than they know what to do with, we wouldn't be seeing this problem.

Maybe if you didn't cheap out and opened a third datacenter in Europe we wouldn't be having this problem either.
