Game Crashes? Stops Responding constantly? Post here!

So there are multiple people who're suffering from Constant Crashing and the Game Client Not Responding every 20 minutes or so. I'm one of those suffering. I think instead of everyone posting different threads about this issue with insufficient information, I feel that it would be easier for the Devs to identify this this bug if we were all to post our Error Logs and System Info.

Please note, this is only for Win7. For Win8 and XP users, you'll have to look in the internet as to how to get the Event Viewer up.

1. Click on the Start button

2. Type in "Event Viewer" and press Enter

3. Look to the left within this new window, and click on the Arrow called "Windows Logs"

4. Click "Application"

5. Scroll down until you see "! Error"

6. Look in the "General" Tab, and Copy Paste everything in this window into your post.


Each time you get an error, you can feel free to post another error log here, or to edit your already existing post.

Also, SE would need your System Information. To do this, next time you're in-game, type in /systeminfo. This will save a log of all of your settings, computer hardware specs and active applications.

1. Open up "My Documents"

2. Go to "My Games" Folder, "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn"

3. "Game Info"

4. Double Click on the .txt

5. Ctrl + F/Search for "System Info"

6. Copy & Paste everything under this part, including Application/Processes Information in the notepad to this post.

Remove any programs you don't want to share publicly.
