No Early Access Code (NA - Digital Download)

I just bought the FFXIV pre-order digital download through the square enix store but when they sent me a confirmation email they didn't send me a registration or early access code. No 18 digit or 20 digit key to use. Am I missing something or am I just blind?

nope same here i bought 2 copies one worked just fine and the other one i got no preorder code or registration code i got the email with both of the order numbers tho -.-

Same exact thing happened to me! I emailed the support center but they won't get back till Monday most likely which is the day before official launch.....Wonder what they hell happened.

I've cancelled and tried to re-order and it won't even let me order now.. I'm stuck at my order is being processed.. This is honestly getting stupid...

Wow that sounds horrible. I have no idea what to do. I'm starting to think this is done purposely as a method to keeping congestion low for the time being.

I cancelled and re-ordered through Amazon. They charge tax but were very quick about getting a working code out.

I just did the same thing and the exact thing that worked for you worked for me! Square Enix is just too slow.. amazon solid.

I wish I could do that.. but amazon doesn't offer the download to Canada ._.


edit.. Never mind I'm an idiot they have it.. Just the game cover is different, going to try that.
