[SUGGESTION] FATE participation rank earned for healing.

The current way the FATE system is set up strongly discourages players from healing other players that might be in need, by forcing them to try to tag mobs or do damage to NMs. Every heal spell they cast is an offensive spell they aren't casting, potentially making them miss out on a rank of experience. I feel that participation should be awarded for healing players within the FATE's boundaries, if not for everyone then at least for the dedicated healer classes (CNJ/WHM/ACN/SCH).
