How is there an error 1017? Has SE never heard of a queue?

SE, what are you doing? you should know already from previous experience that we will get annoyed with this type of BS.

We would rather see a queue of 999 people than see this message "This world is currently full - Please wait until an opening is available and try again"

TELL US..........How are we meant to know when an opening is available?? to try again! ROFL

BRING BACK THE QUEUE SYSTEM, I'd rather see that I am 18342 in line to log in, instead of getting this silly message.

At least have this courtesy, as I'm sure we could all be playing a different game while we wait.

After an hour of clicking and getting 1017 I finally get in a queue and I get all excited. The queue is up for a minute refreshes and changes my spot and then BAM 1017 on top of the queue. That doesnt even make sense.



At this point it is pretty obvious there is no fix for this besides not letting people actually play. The servers and instances just cant handle this many people and there is nothing SE can do about it right now. So their answer is to let a handful of players in and leave the rest outside banging on the door. The only option is to stay pat and lose thousands if not millions of subs or cancel the release and change the server structure for instances.

I feel bad for Yoshi being at SE. He worked a miracle on this game and now has his hands tied when it comes to stuff like this because SE just doesnt get it.

Guys, guys, guys, but it's totally cool because they keep giving us maintenance follow ups telling us absolutely nothing.

How about a post that gives us a projected time frame on lifting log-in restrictions rather than a post telling us what we already know.

Lol never fails. The last few times i havent been able to get in I come here and make a post complaining and presto a few minutes late im in. Im going to become part of the problem this time. I dont care what I have to do I am not logging off again. Had to learn my lesson the hard way getting locked out for so long today.

So to say .. been trying to roughly 30 mins using a pc with xbox 360 controller, and after just randomly pressing A and getting the 101 error, it said i was 245 in queue. So i waiting and then i logged onto Midgard... Honestly.. idk wtf anymore, going to enjoy my time while i am able to until 90K at zone or some other "random" error occures ..

I've been defending SE through all of this, and have stayed pretty level headed.


But damn. I know bugs happen, but I expect if maintenance is going to happen, that they will fix the issue.

Also, getting to be like 10th in que then d/c'ing when you're loading is beyond miserable
