DEVS - You need to communicate more

You've created a great game. There's technical problems. It's the launch. We get it. However, what you seem to not get is Western culture. We like to know what is going on. We know you are hard at work but we also know there is no excuse for the lack of communication. How hard would it be to find someone and pay them $10 per hour to post continuous status updates for the weekend?

Your lack of communication is upsetting people. If you communicated more, less people would be upset. Start off by responding to the biggest questions:

Will more servers be added?
When?
Will world transfers take place sooner than originally announced (pretty much needed right now)?
Will they be free?

At this point in time, you should be able to at least tell us what is being "planned" and a general time table. Stop upsetting your customers and communicate. I know nothing about Japanese culture but in America, this is not how you treat your customers.

From what I've seen the devs have only made things WORSE on top of bringing servers down for maint, each time with a fix that is way to just piss us all off more instead.
They should revert back to what it was, screw duty finder if we can't even get logged in at all. Seriously the STUPIDEST idea I've ever seen.

Ignoring thousands of customers like this is a really bad sign. It's a sign telling me what they think of their customers, and I should really listen to it. Hmmm.

A post detailing what is actaully happening would be nice and all, but i'd rather them fix it than cater to people whining. "we are working on it' is good enough for me.
