SE please let us know your plans and what we should do regarding world population

I wanted to play with my friends, but unfortunately my new character is on the most populated NA server. Many of my friends are unable to join. Can SE please let us know what your plans are regarding this population nearing limit problem? Will free transfers be offered from the most populated worlds to other worlds? Will SE be increasing capacities of the worlds? If we can transfer our characters out, we can keep playing our current characters and transfer them later. Otherwise we'll just create additional new characters on a less populated world, which is probably not the best either and will throw off SE's population estimate even more.

I agree with others, open up a few new worlds and allow people one free limited time transfer. They could lock over populated worlds during the transfer and let people that don't want to be there go to one of the new ones.

Opening up new worlds is only a partial solution. That will take care of new players starting on the 27th. What about the established worlds. They are already overbooked with players who have joined together with others and do not want to move. The only solution there is to add capacity to these servers, if that is even possible. Once that is done then you can limit character creation.
