Early access codes

I preordered FFXIV:ARR for the early access (Through the S-E store), however, I've yet to receive any sort of code/key in my email. I haven't been able to get on all day, and the email support is thoroughly unresponsive.

join the club with hundreds of people with the same problem only thing to do is wait and hope we get the codes before launch

And then of course hope you get the right region code once the code does arrive.

Indeed. I even sent a support email yesterday in attempt to pre-empt this. Ah well.

This can't be legal anyway, they have my money and I have nothing, not even an answer, what should we do now? it's ridiculous
