no NA servers? is this the cure for server congestion?

id really like a developer response on this.. because if it is that will prolly be it for me.. I understand problems.. but to let a select few continue to play and then blocking everyone else out because the servers are junk is really the last thing I need to hear to encourage me just to let the game go...

id hate to do it but making people pay for something and then deliberately taking it from them because of poor design on your part is unacceptable.. and at that point I believe this will be the last straw for a lot of people..

This is also my last straw, I payed for this, why can't I play? EA of SWTOR I could, same with Tera with no issues and HARDLY this much maintanice and not to mention POINTLESS ones that have YET to do anything! I could at least play those, there were a few bugs but nothing game breakingly bad that stopped progression like in this. They don;t even know how to run their own servers... How dont they after having XI and the failed launch of XIV? This shit shouldnt be occuring.

Come launch day and me and my friends STILL cant even log on or STILL CANT PLAY TOGETHER CAUSE OF THE LIMITS. I'm calling and demanding a refund then turning it over to the Better Business peeps to shun them some. They deserve the ridicule after these recent oh so great events.

no MMO Ive ever played, launching or not launching, ever limited me or prevented me from playing with friends. Yet this does every single second it can. F this, honestly.

I love this attitude lol. yep.. there are only like 10000 - 30000 people who are all feeling about the same way.. lets do some maths... 14.99 x 30000 = $449700 a month.. maybe your right.. I guess we don't matter.. but.. I could live the rest of my life comfortably on half a mil...

And what? You're completely ok for them not being prepared for anything and basically slapping us all in the face by constantly claiming to have fixed the issue when they have yet to even seemingly scratch the surface of it? People like you need to stop, its part of the reason games fail (See 1.0!) Not holding them accountable WONT SOLVE ANYTHING. Their a company, and they NEED to hear the discomfort from a massive part of the fanbase..

Why? They want money. Its easy enough to see that there are many, many people feeling like me and the op on these forums, and to ignore the issues, lack communication, lack a simple que system, lack us being able to even play with friends, lack of even still not sending codes out to some people (2 of my friends included) that are STILL calling and waiting daily for... You see my point? This is far from stellar and they need to address the community to ease them (Admitting and saying you're actually working on it, what the issue is, and how you;re going to fix it goes a LONG WAY in retaining customers).

If they don't, this is just gonna be a repeat, maybe not as bad, but no where NEAR as successful as it could of been if they simply talked to us and stopped claiming to fix the issue when they have yet to.
