SE I know tech issue always happen at an early access. BUT for this reason is why we use the beta phase no? I hope you give us some for all the ppl that got the game to start ahead. Hope a free month or some item send to moogle because this instead of being Early access is more of an EARLY MAINTANENCE beta 5.. Idk what is going on there. Why this is not working when we had the beta for this... I would like a straight Answer of wtf is going on there. Are the server crashing or the program are giving you problem and you dont know wtf is the bug? Retards on the NA/EU sides? are the server really in USA or in taiwan or something? I WANT A STRAIGHT ANSWER NOW. So I can know wtf is going on and then take my day off and not being here waiting to see if I can log in or not and PRaying I can use the duty shit for god sake..

This "bonus" was very clearly a deal offered by square enix to convince more people to pre-order a game that a lot of them already owned. I'm talking 1.0 players who spent 20-30 dollars SPECIFICALLY to access EA. In what world is that a bonus? I'll tell you this. Businesses absolutely love people like you. They call you suckers. And they nickle and dime the hell out of you by convincing you that by taking your money they're doing you a favor.

I'm all for them throwing something our way in-game for this, though it isn't obligated.

This is exactly the issue I have. I dropped $30 to be able to play this weekend, because I enjoy the game and couldn't wait until Tuesday. I would have been better served buying a case of beer and lighting my cigar with the rest, because this is utterly ridiculous. Early access is designed to give people a reason to buy the game early, and help support the development put in. They have the unique scenario where I (we) wasted 50-100 dollars some time ago, and now how many people gave them an extra $30+ for this garbage? Disappointing to say the least

Only thing I want is a working game that I can actually play anytime I want. I understand issues and maintenance working in IT, however SLA's are very important also and QoS. The thing that sucks for me is that I have not been able to get in due to technical difficulties, then when they fix the issue, I can't get in because too many people are playing on my server. I just hope that by the time the free month is over this is fixed cause if it's not and people have to wait to get into the game for hours no one will pay and 1.0 will happen all over again.
